I’ve long thought of Depression as a Demon: a lying tormentor, an invisible destroyer of human souls. Then along comes this Balck Dog imagery: it’s really great stuff. Woth under five minutes of your time. Given years of experience and much knowledge, I still found this video compelling. It has much to teach. Let’s all learn together, grow, and heal. Let’s!

Depression has been described as many things. In Australia…they have the Black Dog campaign. It’s very worthy of a look!
This is great and I am going to re-blog it. When Robin Williams died, Kathy Bates responded by saying, “I’m so sad that the big black dog got to him.” That was the first time I ever heard depression referred to in that way. Maybe she heard of the Black Dog Campaign!

The black dog campaign has been around, in Australia, for a long time. It is worth a look.
